Methods of Payment
We accept online payment via MasterCard or Visa.
Shipping and Tax
All orders will be shipped via FedEx directly to the street address you provide. No post office boxes, please. All orders, including next day and overnight shipments, will be processed the following business day (Monday-Friday), and the shipping cost and delivery times will vary depending on the shipping speed you select. Residents of North Carolina will be charged applicable sales tax automatically. International orders may be subject to additional charges imposed by Customs that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for more information about those charges.
Returns and Exchanges
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you order, you may return it for an exchange or a full refund. Please send an email stating the nature of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond within two (2) business days with instructions on how to return the item to us.
In your email, please be sure to include:
- order number
- name and address
- daytime and evening phone numbers
- reason for the return
- whether you want a refund, credit, or exchange
